Yellow tea from Wen Shan in Yunnan. It is harvested from March to April at an altitude of 1200m. This grand cru has benefited from the same production method as the famous Junshan yin zhen. The use of local cultivars gives it unique flavours, its unctuous liquor will reveal vegetal-fruity notes (peach-tangerine) which are added to sweet notes (liquorice) and then to fresher notes (eucalyptus-pine) while keeping the very persistent fruity dominant.
