It originated under the Quing dynasty around 1796 A.C.
“Silver needles” – Yin Zhen is “the” white tea from Fujian province, China. Consisting only of young tips with a silver down. The harvest is done by hand in the spring, and immediately after being picked the buds are simply dried in the open air. This is one of the least processed of teas. It's also one of the rarest and most renowned.

Brewing instructions: 7 to 10 minutes. Water: 75°-70° 2 rounded teaspoons per cup. T2
