Ti Kuan Yin

Ti Kuan Yin is a semi-oxidized tea originating from the province of Fujian in China. The flavour of this semi-sweet oolong is delicately woody with a long finish. It can also be consumed with a Yixing teapot following the Gong Fu Cha method.
