Ginseng Oolong

Slightly oxydized tea from Xian You, Fujian. These large tea leaves are mixed with finely ground ginseng root and delicately perfumed with natural milk aroma. It will procure a cup with intense lingering spicy notes softened with subtle hints of milk. (The lingering notes will remain spicy contrary to others ginseng oolongs which are generally coated in liquorice and ginseng.)

Brewing time : 3 minutes. 85°C ( can be reinfused )

1 teaspoon per cup. T1
