Product details

From La Cumbre, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. This black tea is cultivated between 1800 and 2050m of altitude bordered by forests and a perfect climate. This "black emerald" will procure a dense liquor with heavy notes of cocoa and malt while the starting notes will be fruity ( raisins, gooseberry). Woody notes end on a malted honeyish finish devoid of bitterness. A second brew is possible and will be bitterless as well.

Infusion : 3 minutes. 1 teaspoon per cup. T2 BE-BIO-01 Certisys. Non EU organic agriculture
