White tea from Fujian province (China). Harvested in the Tai Mu mountain area. White Monkey belongs with white teas for the “thickness” of its downy flavour and the Bi Luo Chuns for its subtly fruity vegetal notes.

Brewing instructions: 4-5 minutes. Water at 85°
