Black tea from Vietnam (Tam Duong district in the Lai Chau province), rich in golden buds, this black tea with large leaves comes from a late harvest (September-October). The oxidation process which lasts from 1.5 to 2 days gives it a particular sweetness. It develops a lingering liquor with malty and honeyed entry notes that turn into intensely fruity notes and then reveal woodier final notes sustained by a fine bitterness.
Infusion: 3 minutes. 1 teaspoon per cup. T2
