Tian Mu Qing Ding

This superior Tian Mu Quing Ding, is an early spring crop from the Tian Mu Mountains in Zhejiang Province. This mountain of medium altitude favours the formation of very frequent fogs, which are beneficial to tea growing. This tea is the result of a fine harvest rich in buds and will deliver a particularly smooth liquor with sweet vegetable notes (braised endives, grass), subtly iodised and more sweet notes (black tomatoes, marshmallow flowers).
Infusion: 2.30 minutes. Temperature 85° Several infusions possible.
