This great vintage of green tea comes from Guizhou and is organically cultivated. Only one or two leaves are picked from below the bud and then rolled into pearls. The combination of several drying methods preserves a predominantly vegetal flavour (buttered chard and damp grass) with subtle fruity notes (lemon peel), the "milky" texture is close to that of a white tea.
