Medium-roasted soba cha is a toasted buckwheat infusion that offers a balanced and comforting taste experience. Unlike light or dark roasted versions, this roasting level aims to enhance the natural flavors of buckwheat without masking them. When medium-roasted, soba cha develops mild, toasted grain notes, reminiscent of freshly baked bread or cookies. There's also a hint of nuttiness, characteristic of buckwheat, but it's less intense and more subtle than dark roasted soba cha.
