Originally from Shizuoka, this unusual Japanese sencha is delicately smoked with cypress wood (Hinoki). This fine green tea, made from the Yabukita cultivar, will give you an iodised, bitter-free and even slightly sweet cup of herbal tea, which will then develop its discreet but enduring smoky flavours. A perfect combination of flavours to accompany a fish dish or scallops. Infusion time: 2.30 minutes. Water at 80°.
