From Shimada in Japan's Shizuoka prefecture. This particular tea is harvested, oxidised and smoked at the Kaneroku Matsumoto plantation. Heir to a long line of tea growers, Hiroki Matsumoto perpetuates tradition while innovating and offers you this elegant tea which has been smoked with whisky barrel wood chips, giving it a unique aromatic signature.

Infusion: 3 minutes. 1 teaspoon per cup. As an iced tea 15g/1l infusion 2 hours. Packaged in Japan in sealed 50g bags. T1.
