Green tea form Kirishima, Japan. Kaori is steamed then roasted so as to enhance the flavours. This tea is a blend from various cultivars chosen for their unique contribution to the final product : Yabukita to bolster that roasted touch, Saemidori for that beautiful shade of green as well as the vegetal taste and finally Okumidori for the thickness and "umami" flavours. Brewing time : 2.30 minutes Temperature : 75°C Kept in sealed bags of 100gr
