Originating from the province of Fujian in China, this quality of Pai Mu Tan consists primarily of leaves and produces a straw yellow liquor with delicate flowery and mineral notes and a stronger and less caffeinated flavour than its counterparts. An ideal grade to discover white teas.

Brewing instructions: 3 to 5 minutes.
