Semi-oxidized tea from Taiwan with chestnut flavours. It produces an orange liquor combining the woodiness of the oolong with the slightly sweet and very persistent flavours of chestnuts and punctuated with sweet floral notes (tea plant flowers). “For chestnuts, it is best to take them in an infusion.” (Extract from the Chevalier- Dragon survival manual.)
