Karigane is made from the veins of leaves used to produce Gyokuro, Kabuse and Tencha. It originates from Asahina in Shizuoka. It produces a dense and vegetal liquor, with fine peppery and fruity (watermelon) notes, punctuated by very subtle lemony notes. It contains less theine than gyokuro and kabuse. Infusion time: 2.30 minutes in 70° water (tasting: 1 to 1.30 minutes, then the following 20 to 30 seconds). Packaged in Japan in sealed 100g bags. T1
