Green tea from Jeju Island, Korea. Herbaceous, iodized aromas (seaweed-spinach) with a subtle fruity finish. It is less iodized than Japanese teas, however, and is easier on the European palate.
It can be infused for 2 minutes in water at 85° if you wish to give it more attack and a more frank "vegetal" character, or for 2.30 minutes at 75° if you prefer sweetness and aromatic length.
