Formosa Jade Oolong is one of the most beautiful Tung Ting Wu Long harvests. This exceptional tea comes from the Nantou mountains in Taiwan. Its large leaves are slightly oxidized (30%). This quality is particularly well suited for "gong fu cha" preparation.
Brew for 4 to 7 minutes. (Gong-fu method: 85°. One minute, followed by 20 to 30 sec).
