Black tea from north-east India. District: Kurseong, summer harvest. From the Balasun garden, this Darjeeling develops a coppery cup with flavours of ripe grapes enhanced by spicy and roasted notes. This experimental batch has been roasted after the traditional stages of black tea production, and offers you a fragrant, long-lasting liquor that combines the distinctive flavours of hojicha with the fruitier (muscat) flavours of Darjeeling.
