Be Zen herbal tea is a tasty blend of sleep-inducing herbs scented with bergamot. It is composed of: verbena, linden, bergamot, lavender, moringa, lemon balm, lemongrass, orange blossoms and marigolds. To be zen, or not to be zen, is only a question of infusion!
