Black fermented tea (or “pu erh”) from the prefecture of Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province, China. The presence of buds gives it a velvety liquor with dominant notes of caramelised dried fruit and peat, completed by subtle fruity notes (cherries) and other more subtle vegetal notes (endives). A second infusion is possible
