Produced in one of the highest altitude gardens in Japan, this high-quality sencha tea is harvested in the spring and provides a soft, dense cup with particularly coating and persistent vegetal notes. It originates from Umegashima in Shizuoka City. Composed of Yabukita and local varieties.

Brewing instructions: 2 minutes. Water: 75°.

1 level teaspoon per cup.

Preparation: 1 min, 15 secs, 15 secs at 75° 

Packed in Japan in sealed sachets of 100 g.  T1
