Nishi-san sencha produces a light cup with well-developed flavours of the sea and an excellent balance between its vegetal and bitter notes. Green tea from Kirishima in Kagoshima, Japan. Late harvest from Mr Nishi’s plantations.

Brewing instructions: 2½ minutes. Water: 80°  T1
