Originates from Ryogouchi district (Shimizu in Shizuoka city, Japan). This spring sencha is made exclusively from the koushun cultivar. It will provide you with a liquor with slightly peppery attack notes that change into frankly vegetal body notes (buttered spinach) tinged with notes of lemongrass, its final notes of sweet and creamy endives are long-lasting. Infusion: 2.30 minutes. Water: 70°. 1 level teaspoon per cup. Tasting: 60sec, 20, 20... at 70° (5gr/150ml) Packaged in a sealed 100g bag.
