Green tea from Kirishima mount in Kagoshima, Japan. An early spring sincha from Mr. Nishi's highland gardens. This tea is from the asatsuyu cultivar and provides a mellow herbal cup with lingering notes of lemongrass. Infusion time: 3 minutes. Water: 75°. 1 level teaspoon per cup. Tasting: 1½m, 20s, 20 to 75°then 80° Packaged in Japan in 100g sealed bags.
