This post-fermented tea (pu-erh) produces a dark liquor with a very fresh fruity flavour, which makes it a pleasant accompaniment to desserts or cheese platters, while reducing their undesirable effects. (orange, passion fruit, mango and marigold petals).
Infusion: 3 minutes.
