From Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Harvested from may to august and decaffeinated with carbon diaoxyde this tea will keep its lovely fruity notes (lemony with subtle hazelnut hints) while being almost caffeine free.Can handle boiling water but benefits from being brewed at a loer temperature to develop a more lingering and less bitter flavor.

Brewing time  :2.30 minutes. 85°C
