Lung Ching (long jing) is a green tea harvested in Zhejiang, in China. This “Dragon Well” produces a semi-sweet cup with pronounce vegetal notes enhanced by strong grilled flavours due to the way it is dried in a wok. Also called the “Tea of the Poets”, it owes its name to a legend and is one of the most well-known teas in China.
