Green tea from the Guang Dong province in China. Harvested between May and July at an altitude of 800m, it delivers a medium-sweet cup with a decidedly fuzzy vegetal (lychee) character that evolves into more lemony final notes.
Infusion: 2½ minutes. Water at 85° C
1 teaspoon per cup. T1
