Post tea-fermented (Pu Erh) from China. Produces a dark cup with intense flavours of sweet orange and lemon and with a surprising finish of toasted caramel. A gentle initiation to the damp undergrowth flavours of this family of teas with a cleansing action on the liver. Ideal for (overly) festive occasions.
