Green tea from the island of Jeju in South Korea. Summer harvest. The use of the steam drying method (as used in Japanese teas) gives Jeoncha its herby, marine aromas (seaweed/spinach), with a subtle fruity finish. However, it has less of a marine note than Japanese teas and is more approachable for European palates.

It can be infused for 2 minutes in boiling water if you want to give it more attack and a clearer “vegetal” note, or 2½ minutes at 85° if you prefer softness and aromatic length.
