Jasmin Dragon Phoenix Pearl produces a sweet, bewitching and very persistent liquor. This green tea comes from the province of Fujian in China. The top two leaves and the bud are harvested in the spring, then blended with a large quantity of jasmine flowers. The flowers are removed after giving their aroma to the tea, as otherwise they would make this grand cru of green teas more bitter.  In Chinese culture, the dragon pearl is a horn of plenty which constantly renews whatever it touches. And we bet this tea keeps its promise of constantly renewed pleasure.
