Green tea from Fuding in Fujian province, this spring harvest (May) is then refined with jasmine flowers in Hengxian (Guangxi), the base of the tea develops fruity flavours which gradually change into more vegetal notes with a slight lingering bitterness, the jasmine flavours remain very present throughout these varied dominants, in order to reveal all the nuances.
