Gun Powder tea (named because of the appearance of its rolled up leaves) is a very full-bodied green tea from the Wu Yuang region in Jiang Xi, in China.

Ideal for preparing green mint tea: place the spearmint in the teapot, rinse with boiling water, add the tea in a filter, brew, then remove the tea leaving the mint in the teapot. Add sugar and serve with a few drops of orange blossom water and possibly rose water.

Brewing instructions: 2½ minutes. ½ teaspoon per cup. T1
