Matured green tea. This Sheng Pu Erh is from the province of Yunnan,China. Unlike Shu Pu Erh (matured oxidised tea), this tea has a base of green tea and produces a fruity, slightly acidic and vegetal liquor with sweet almond flavours.
Brewing instructions: 3 minutes. 2 teaspoons per cup. Water at 80° T2
