Fukamushi Kukicha is a green tea that’s particularly low in caffeine. It is produced from the rib of the fukamushi leaf, and presents the typical vegetal taste of steam-dried Japanese teas with more intense notes of buttered Swiss chard as a result of its extended drying. Green tea from the Yabukita cultivar, first harvest (23 April > 7 May), from Matsuno in Shizuoka City.

Brewing instructions: 1.30 minutes. Water 80°.
