From a regional crop in En Shi, Hubei. This green tea is harvested at 1200m from april to june and is then steamed in bamboo baskets. The whole process is traditionally done by hand. This producing area has received its organic certificate in 2008. Will procure a vivid liquor with intense fruity-vegetal notes that should please lovers of light senchas, steamed Korean teas and vegetal notes of wet wheat.
