This is perhaps the most extravagant blend of a tiny yet thoroughly friendly – and always overbooked – “grande dame”. She’ll tell you “But of coooourse my dear, if you beg me for fooooour minutes without stopping, it’ll be perrrrrrfectly infused and I’ll be dyyyying to make you taste it!”

Green and white teas with absolutely intense flavours of cherries enhanced with a sublime floral touch of jasmine and rose, and softened with marvellous notes of coconut.

Brewing instructions: 3 to 5 minutes. Water at 85°
