A speciality of Yunnan, this tea has the reputation of being a “fat burning” tea and low in caffeine. Dark tea (Pu Erh) originating from Yunnan, China. This post-fermented tea compressed into a nest shape (tuo cha) produces a red cup with dominant flavours of damp soil. Brewing instructions: 3 minutes (2-3 re-infusions possible) Packaged in nests of 95 g in a sealed box.

Brewing instructions: 3 minutes. 1 teaspoon per cup.
