This tea is produced from the biggest leaves from the August harvest, which gives it slightly more caffeine than the senchas. It produces a cup as vegetal as bitter. Green bancha tea originating in Kyushu, Japan. Late harvest.

Brewing instructions: 2 minutes at 75° T1

By using slightly more tea than necessary, you can obtain two infusions, the first of 50 seconds and the second of 15 seconds
