Consists of the stems and leaves of a bush (Borbonia Pinifolia), which only grows in South Africa. Rooibos is caffeine-free and rich in vitamin C, minerals and proteins. It promotes the absorption of iron and can be served hot or iced.

Brewing instructions: 5 minutes.
