A speciality of Yunnan, this tea has the reputation of being a “fat burning” tea and low in caffeine. Sheng Pu Erh, originating from Yunnan, China. This post-fermented green tea, compressed into a nest shape (tuo cha) produces a yellow gold cup with fruit flavours (white grape, peach) and damp grass. 

Packed in nests of 95 g in a sealed box.

Brewing instructions: 3 minutes. Water at 85°. 1 teaspoon per cup.  (Several re-infusions possible – 2-3)
