Honeybush (cyclopia intermedia) is a bush originating from South Africa. It produces a red infusion with aromas of honey and a very slight acidity reminiscent of red fruit. It is very rich in minerals but caffeine-free just like rooibos and can be drunk hot or iced.

Brewing instructions: 5 minutes.
