Green tea from Jellanamdo, Yeongam in Korea. This family-run garden, established in 1965, produces a tea from local cultivars. The sweetness of this spring harvest is preserved by steaming followed by wok-roasting. You'll enjoy a lively, fruity (grapefruit-mandarin), slightly spicy crystalline liquor with fine, lingering iodine notes.
