General terms and conditions of sale

1.

The only applicable conditions are the general and special conditions for the current purchase order.

2.

Right of withdrawal: (CDE Art VI.53) The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in Article VI.47 for:

  • 4. The provision of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • 5. The provision of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons relating to the protection of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;

No delivery will be carried out without prior payment of the total price for the delivery (goods+shipping costs) by bank transfer to La Septième Tasse’s account number 735-0094128-26 (national) or IBAN BE59 7350 0941 2826 BIC KREDBEBB (international), or by credit card by secure online payment.

4.

Orders will be invoiced on the terms and conditions of the tariff applicable at the date of registration of the order and detailed during the order and in the order confirmation sent by email.

5.

All prices include VAT, and are for 100 g quantities of tea unless otherwise stated.

6.

The goods will be delivered by B-POST, immediately upon receipt of the payment; the customer will be notified of the shipping date by email.

7.

The recipient must verify the state of goods on reception and immediately communicate any reservations to the delivery person and the sender. Failing this, the goods will be considered to have been delivered in the quality and the state desired by the buyer.

8.

Guarantee reservation. We are confident in the quality of our goods. No return or exchange of tea is possible.

9.

In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels are the only competent courts.
