Created in 1998, this bison farm began at Orchimont.
An agricultural operation that favours quality over quantity and respect for the environment.
Today on average around 200 bison are being reared at any one time, spread over several different sites.
Through the farm’s tourist centre, you can visit the farm by wagon and learn all about the bison and its history in North America.
Or visit the saloon to try out delicious dishes (exclusively based on bison raised on the farm) accompanied by excellent tea.
